We have completed seven Sign Projects as part of our efforts to bring the history of our region into the spotlight. A tribute to pioneer Pierson businessman James Dandy can be found on Jim Dandy Park on Railway Avenue in that village. A two part display in Goodlands features photos and information about the coal mines that once flourished nearby. A tribute to Charles Sankey can be found in Waskada in the Park that he helped create. A three-part display at Coulter Park details the history of Sourisford and area.
